We are conveniently located just off a main highway, SR 16 which runs from Tacoma to Bremerton. Its usually faster to get to us via the highway than the ferry, but many people coming from the East enjoy a trip on the water.
There is a three dollar toll bridge on the way back via Tacoma, and the ferry only charges for passengers for the westbound ride, (for car and driver each way).

To get to us from Seattle via the highway, go south on I-5 to hwy 16, take that across the new Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Take the Purdy exit and follow the road through town (both stoplights), then turn left on 154th. Follow that past cenex, to Oak road on your left. Now, skip over the next paragraph.

To get here from Seattle via the ferry, get on the ferry to Bremerton. Have a beer, or a lovely glass of wine, or watch out the window for whales. (You probably won't see any, but who knows. It has happened.) Once you're off the ferry, turn left on Burwell and take that down the hill to Callow. Turn left and follow that road as it becomes Navy Yard Highway, then stay to the left when it becomes Highway 3, then stay to the left in Gorst when it becomes 16. After Gorst, stay to the right to avoid going into Port Orchard. At mile post 20, turn off onto Burley Ollala road. Turn left onto Bethel, then right on Oak.

Once you're on Oak Road, go 1/2 mile to a dirt road on the left, with another street sign for Oak Rd. Follow that to 930, there is a gate that swings out towards your car.
